What platform do you build on?
We primarily build on Squarespace for most small business sites due to its performance and ease of management. Shopify for e-commerce. WordPress for businesses that need maximum flexibility. We recommend the right platform for your needs.
Is copywriting included?
Copywriting is available as an add-on on any plan. It is not included by default. If you provide your own copy, we will work with it. If you need us to write the pages, we scope that separately.
How long does a website project take?
Basic typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. Standard takes 3 to 5 weeks. Advanced takes 5 to 8 weeks. Timeline depends on how quickly feedback and content come from your side.
Will my website rank on Google?
We build every site with SEO fundamentals from day one. Meta data, schema, heading structure, and core web vitals optimisation. Ongoing SEO to grow your rankings is a separate monthly service.
Can you redesign an existing website?
Yes. We redesign existing sites as often as we build new ones. We audit what you have first, identify what is worth keeping, and scope the redesign from there.
What happens after the site launches?
We provide a 30-day post-launch check. Ongoing maintenance and support is available as a separate arrangement. We also offer monthly SEO and content marketing services to keep growing your search presence.
