What is the difference between an OBM and a project manager?
A project manager tracks tasks and deadlines. An OBM leads your team, builds operational systems, manages automation, oversees strategy execution, and runs the business when the owner is not in the room. OBM is operational leadership. PM is coordination.
Do I need an OBM or a VA?
A VA executes tasks you assign them. An OBM identifies what needs to be done, builds the systems to get it done, and manages the people doing it. If your business needs coordination and execution, start with PM. If it needs operational thinking and leadership, you need an OBM.
How involved do I need to be?
One strategy call per month at minimum. We handle the day-to-day so your involvement is at the decision level, not the execution level. That is the whole point.
What tools do you work with?
ClickUp is our primary project and operations tool. We also work with Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Zapier, and most CRM platforms. We work within your existing stack where possible.
